Privacy Policy — FitNote Karaoke Studio

Last updated: October 24, 2026

FitNote Karaoke Studio (fitnote.ai) is a karaoke library and recording app. This policy explains what information the app stores and how it is used.

What we collect

Account information. Access is by invitation. When you sign in with Google, we receive your email address and display name from Google. We store them with your membership record so the app can recognize you. We never see or store your Google password.

Access requests. If you submit the request-access form, we store the name, email address, phone number, and message you provide, so the admin can review your request.

Your content. Songs you favorite, backing tracks you upload or capture, and audio (and, if you enable it, video) recordings you choose to save are stored so you can play them back. Recordings are private to your account — other members cannot see or hear them.

Session cookie. We use a single cookie to keep you signed in. We do not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies.

How we use it

Only to run the app: signing you in, showing your library, favorites, and recordings, and reviewing access requests. We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it with third parties except the services that host the app (Cloudflare, for hosting and storage) and as required by law.

Videos

Karaoke videos play through YouTube’s embedded player. When a video plays, YouTube/Google may collect data as described in Google’s Privacy Policy.

Your choices

You can delete your recordings, backing tracks, and favorites inside the app at any time. To delete your account and all associated data, email us and we will remove it.
